Admission to DWM Course

ELIGIBILITY OF ADMISSION:
Plus 2 is the minimum qualification to apply for admission. The application is to be recommended by the Parish Priest or Pastor.

Application Form should send by Post to Director, Sruti School of Liturgical Music, Orthodox Theological Seminary, P.B. No. 98. Kottayam – 686001. Two Passport Size Photos, Photo copies of Aadhar card and Mark Sheets (SSLC book, your higher degree Mark list and Certificates) should attach with application. Incomplete application will be rejected.
